MyPlan was developed by Ross Lamb as a PowerPoint based Individual Learning Plan and e-portfolio for Secondary Students.

His vision is for students to set their own goals and strategies and manage their own progress through 5 years of secondary school. He owns all rights to the name and content of MyPlan.

Ross' experience includes senior management roles in Management Consultancy and Government. He has also worked as a careers adviser to secondary school students and instructor to adult students.
